What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
You will fill out my New Guest Profile to the best of your ability about what it is that you'd like to have done, and what your hair is like currently so that I can be well prepared when you arrive. Once I have read over your form, I may reach out with additional questions/and or proceed with scheduling you an appointment.
If you find yourself needing to ask me questions after you've submitted your form please don't hesitate to contact me!
Arriving At The Salon
Follow my 2000' driveway all the way back to my In-Home salon. Park anywhere you like in the turn-around or right in front of the salon door. Walk through the basement door and you'll see a sign with scissors. You can expect a warm welcome from the salon's greeter; Jaemison. He's our rescue dog and even though his bark is loud, it's just his way of letting me know you're here. He may gently take your hand and lead you into the salon!
The Consultation
Once you're in my chair we will have a thorough discussion of what you expect and what I am able to give you. Nothing will be done to your hair until we are both on the same page!
After Goodbye
Parting is such sweet sorrow, but all good things must come to an end!

Once your service is done, we will discuss what should be done at your next visit, review any at home care needs/protocols to keep your hair looking and feeling it's best, and book you in for your next appointment!
